So what are thoughts? They are memories in the past. All thoughts are in the past.
To live beneath your thoughts you must get back in the present letting life spring up from its own accord.

This for me was the hardest thing to understand. I read all of Dr. David R. Hawkins' books and The Power of Now, and still hated my Now Moment. What bothered me was all the beautiful words describing the present moment. Nothing is more frustrating than not liking your moments. The Power of Now said, if you do not like the Now Moment, than you are not in it. The words said you cannot be unhappy in the exquisite moment. That pissed me off— because I was miserable!!

I had to battle to create a life that I loved. Battle is a gentle word. The only thing I want to share about my amazing life is that I created it out of what I hated. It's like my bad thoughts, bad times, bad dates, and bad marriages were fertilizers to get me to take "MASSIVE ACTION."

Action was the key for me in creating a reality that I loves!! If you hate your present moment, then draw up a list of what would make you happy. Use all the anger in you like "JET FUEL" to propel you towards your goals. The Action itself will pull you out of depression and reaching the goal will change your life. But, remember, never reach your goal without setting a new goal behind it. Always want more, this is called…THRIVING!!!

I wrote a book about my journey—it's about my thoughts are on wealth and my search around the world to find God and a Great Date :) Both which I had decided would make me happy if found. The book is Wild and you can peek into it below this blog…:)

One of the tricks I learned to feel better was to disagree with all my thoughts—both good or bad. I would say in my head—"I disagree with this thought." This took me to the magical place of no thought, which is the ideal location to live according to Dr. David R. Hawkins, MD, PhD.

Bruce Hood, the author of The Self Illusion, states that the brain creates a "self" from the experiences it has. The more experiences the self has, the more the self changes. This begs for more questions, if we are not the 'self' what are we? My book takes you into this journey of unfathomable places in my mind….come with me to Shangri-La! :) I made it. I am Happy!

My first stop was to The World Sound Healing Conference in San Francisco. I wanted to understand the science of frequencies, especially if everything in the universe was vibrating to their own unique song!

I waited in the large conference room to hear Dr. Susan Yale's lecture on the Harmonic Oscillator.

The room went black and three pyramids projected on a movie screen.

"You can hear the sound of "nature" between the Pyramids of Giza," Dr. Yale said, pausing, "it's a perfect F Sharp."

No one moved. She spoke slowly, "If you knew there was a place in the world where you could hear God, would you go?"

I always wanted to sleep on the Nile!"
