How to Improve your Intuition!

Trusting Your Intuition
Let’s look at “Intuition” in its strict dictionary definition. Oxford English Dictionary defines Intuition as: “immediate insight or understanding without conscious reasoning” it also uses the synonyms “instinct” and “inspiration.” There is a class at Harvard called, "How to be Happy" the trick the professor said was to make sure your current moment matches your longterm virtue and values— for true happiness. Here is a story of Telepathy about a mother and son. The son could not see, but while taking an eye exam the boy who could not see, suddenly saw the eye chart through his mother's eyes. Telepathy occurs most commonly with people strongly bonded.

Keep a journal of your dreams
Ask one question before you go to sleep and write the answers down in the morning. Keep an eye out for a hit, or hunch to act on. Intuition is not something well thought out, it comes in fast, flying in from collective consciousness. You can analyze them before taking action, layering logic on top of the hunch is ideal.

If we have any bad habits just become aware of them with no judgment. The hardest person to forgive is ones self. Habits are the brain's not yours, it is from experiences you have had in life that hurt you and the habit is the twitch. :) I hope your bad habits go away, most of mine have. Below is a peek into my adventure around the world...

Sneak-A-Peek Below!
My first stop was to The World Sound Healing Conference in San Francisco. I wanted to understand the science of frequencies, especially if everything in the universe was vibrating to their own unique song!

I waited in the large conference room to hear Dr. Susan Yale's lecture on the Harmonic Oscillator.

The room went black and three pyramids projected on a movie screen.

"You can hear the sound of "nature" between the Pyramids of Giza," Dr. Yale said, pausing, "it's a perfect F Sharp."

No one moved. She spoke slowly, "If you knew there was a place in the world where you could hear God, would you go?"

I always wanted to sleep on the Nile!"
