Water Fasting!

 Flying at 50!
Live to 120? Have kids at 100?......It's all in the WATER!
Nobel Prize Winner, Dr. Alexis Carrell, says...
"The cell is immortal. ...As far as we know, the pulsation of life can go on forever."
Introducing The 'Secret Fluid' That Can Make You Healthy and Live Longer...

Day One of my first Water Fast!
If my blog yesterday did not excited you to join me, I found even more riveting news on Water, and How it Heals...from Patrick Flanagan, MD.'s publication on Hydrogen.... Longevity's Missing Link. I have summarized the piece.

Hydrogen.... Longevity's Missing Link
Albert Szent-Gyorgyi, the Nobel laureate who discovered vitamin C, says, "Water is so much a part of life that we tend to ignore it and look elsewhere for the magic bullet, the secret herb or nutrient that will increase health and vigor and extend life-span." All the symptoms of aging are in one way or another accompanied by a slow dehydration of our vital tissues associated with free-radical oxidative damage.

THE BEGINNING OF THE QUEST
Dr. Coanda was 78 at the time and appeared to be in exceptionally good health. He had the quick mind and bright eyes of a man driven by a vast reservoir of inner energy. Dr. Coanda is known as the "Father of Fluid Dynamics". While building the world's first jet airplane, Dr. Coanda discovered an effect that has become known in the science of fluid dynamics as the "Coanda effect". Without the Coanda effect, we would not have a space shuttle or a 747 jet today. During his 78th birthday party at the home of author-scientist G. Harry Stine, Patrick told Dr. Coanda that he hoped that he (Patrick) was in the same excellent health when he was 78 years old. Coanda looked at Patrick and said "Patrick, when you are 78 years old we'll talk about it". Everyone in earshot laughed at Coanda's joke.

A few days later, Dr. Coanda invited Patrick into his office and told Patrick a secret that would change his entire life. He told Patrick that he had spent over 60 years searching for the secret to "the fountain of youth." He said that the human body is over 70 per cent water and that the brain is 90 per cent water. He said that the water contains within its structure the secret to reversing the aging process.

Dr. Coanda had developed testing methods for determining different geometries in the structure of water. He travelled at length around the world and found five places that contained what he termed "anomalous water." Two of these places included Hunza land in the Karakoram Mountains of Northern Pakistan, and the Vilcabambia in Ecuador.

The people who live in these areas tend to age more slowly than the rest of us. In fact, people who live in these areas tend to remain healthy and disease-free well after the age of 100. There are documented cases of men fathering children after the age of 100. Dr. Coanda discovered that the secret of longevity in these areas was due to the special physical properties of their water. The people who live in these areas also claim that water is the secret of their long, healthy lives.

After educating myself on the importance of drinking water, I  drink 50.7 fl/oz daily.  A large jug! The million dollar question is what is the best bottled water to drink?  If you're like me, you live in a  home with old pipes and don't have a water filter system. I have been trying to find water bottles that are BPA free and with water closest to the source, meaning with all its original minerals. Gerber Pure, Purified Water was the only one rated B, the rest were F's. Yikes! If you can find a three gallon BPA water container you can fill it up at Wholefoods with Filtered water. The key is look for BPA free bottles, avoid drinking out of the water facet, because this water has chlorine and fluoride in it. Why is chlorine and fluoride unsafe?

According to a paper written by Gary Null, Ph.D., entitled The Fluoridation Fiasco, “...fluoride is more toxic than lead and just slightly less toxic than arsenic.”

"Earth Fare" now has glass bottles and "Distilled Water" which is water boiled and the steam is collected. I switched to this, until I can get to the Himalayan Mountains, where I know the mountain water is safe. The bottled "spring" water in Florida is collected by Nestle' Chocolate, and is not regulated, so the land could be contaminated with metals, or toxins, so they sell two types, and the Distilled is the same price but costs the company more to process it free of metals and chemicals.

Chlorine is also a toxic, poisonous substance that has become a major industry in this country. Interestingly, again, the United States is one of the very few countries in the world that persists in using chlorine in its water supply. Many of the same arguments used about fluorine apply equally to chlorine. In addition, however, is the information presented in a book by Joseph M. Price, M.D. entitled Coronaries/Cholesterol/Chlorine.

I resonated with books on "water fasting" due to the odd physical experiences I had while fasting.
Investigating the subject of the "unseen reality" lead me to The World Sound Healing Conference in San Francisco to hear a lecture on The Quantum Harmonic Oscillator. The room went dark and three pyramids projected on a large screen.

"You can hear the sound of "nature" between the Pyramids of Giza," Dr. Susan Yale said, pausing, "it's a perfect F Sharp." No one moved. She spoke slowly, "If you knew there was a place in the world where you could hear God, would you go?" I always wanted to swim in the Nile. From my memoir, "From Hollywood to God" on Amazon and Kindle books.
