Spring Water vs. Distilled Water?

Only the brave can tackle a Water Fast! By Kelly Granite Enck
Most people in the United States have never been on a fast of any duration. Fasting brings you face to face with yourself and what is really important to you, what you believe and how deeply you believe it. Tomorrow I will try my first WATER FAST! I will drink only "DISTILLED WATER" for the next 36-hours and report back the results. Ideally an average adult is supposed to drink a half a gallon of water a day, and the best water to drink is Distilled, it matches our urine, which means that our bodies know what to do with the water, we do not need additives in our water, fluoride for example causes plague build up in the brain, and dumbs us down. I buy my distilled water in refillable glass jars from Earth Fare.

It is more expensive to produce "Distilled Water" because they boil it and then collect the steam, but they do not want you to think it cost more, because the bottle companies, a major one owned by Nestle' Chocolate want you to buy their "spring" water. But, what if it's not clean, most of our soil now is contaminated, and has metals in it, so follow you gut.

Why Water Fasting is a Good Idea:

Richard Anderson in his book, Cleanse and Purify Thyself expresses in great detail the power of cleansing the body with water. "Water fasting is a powerful and rapid method to release the sludge, mucus, and toxins from the body's thousand of miles of pipelines, trillions of cells and fluids. When one is ready and well prepared, there is no physical activity that can bring such rapid relief and balance as water fasting. And even more important, it can be used to help dig out the negative emotions that ruin so many people's lives.

Water Fasting, more rapidly than any other tool, clears the mind and feelings in such a way that we can see far beyond our previous limited thinking. It increases our awareness, improves our eyesight and hearing. It even opens us to levels of understanding and comprehension that had been beyond our awareness before. It helps to put us in touch with who we truly are."

If water fasting is so incredibly effective, you maybe asking why the government is not promoting water fasting for our National Health?

"Now when we talk about water fasting, we mean that we do not eat or drink anything except water. This is a very beneficial method to detox gradually and build our reserves at the same time. I belief that a juice diet is powerful way to prepare for a water fast. When we stop feeding our body food a metabolic activity takes place that happens, only when we are water fasting. Basically, the body begins to digest everything within that is not part of a healthy cell structure. It literally eats up the excess proteins, fats, sugars, pathogenic microorganisms, and then takes on the weak and dying cells. There are no other physical treatments that can work this miracle. We must never allow ourselves to become weak."- Richard Anderson.

Conclusion after my fast water fast: It was very hard to go to sleep hunger the first night, nearly impossible. It was a mental challenge which I did complete. And it was worth it, because the next day I was high on life, to the point were magical "in sync events" occurred. We are more of an electromagnetic field than physical, and the water fast is a short cut to cleaning up that frequency.

I resonated with books on the Metaphysical, but I had no solid evidence of what I knew existed, an "unseen reality." My first stop was to The World Sound Healing Conference in San Francisco to hear a lecture on The Quantum Harmonic Oscillator. The room went dark and three pyramids projected on a large screen.

"You can hear the sound of "nature" between the Pyramids of Giza," Dr. Susan Yale said, pausing, "it's a perfect F Sharp." No one moved. She spoke slowly, "If you knew there was a place in the world where you could hear God, would you go?" I always wanted to swim in the Nile. From my memoir, "From Hollywood to God" on Amazon and Kindle books.
