I woke up to an email from a friend trying the Raw Food Diet.
Newly Raw: GIRL!!! You never told me about the massive ass-blasters I'd be laying out!! That kale had me farting all NIGHT!!! oh, and...Good Morning, Sweetie!
Me: The farting comes from mixing Raw Food with Cooked Foods, even if the meals are apart- like cooked foods for breakfast and raw live foods for lunch. It also comes from detoxing-- which can be very hard on you. In other words you may feel flu like symptoms on an all-raw diet for the first few days, even break out in pimples. This is your body's way of getting rid of toxins. To make a life change, it takes discipline and courage. I guess I need a BIG DETOX blog. Raw is not an easy diet. It is the hardest and most challenging experience I have ever undertaken in mind control. The mind is the biggest battle, it tells you even when you are full-- that you should eat pizza or popcorn! It smells it and demands it. :)But, with the knowledge of knowing that you will get over old food imprints and feel better than you have in your entire life-- you can do it!! Hang in there- fart all the toxins out!! Keep farting; the smell of farts goes away when your body cleans out the toxins. And the farting goes away completely if you stay 100 percent raw. As you continued the diet your sweat will not smell, you will stop farting, and your poo will have no odor. :)

Newly Raw: YAY!! Ok, they're not even stinky, just hilariously LOUD! I can't wait for my husband to come home Saturday. He'll think it's hysterical!
Me: Did you see the documentary Crazy Sexy Cancer, by Kris Carr she was sick detoxing because cancer had reached stage four. The more out of shape you are the harder it is, but the more you need to go raw!
