Reversing Aging! : Menopause and Raw Food Diet

I was born in 1961 and I have never felt this sexy or happy in my life! How can I not share this information with you? Is this Live food High I am feeling from my raw food diet our true state?

Here is what I have learned about Menopause! I did not cave in and take hormones or antidepressants
and like you I was not feeling very good about my systems or life. The depression felt like a dark cloud. But, I stayed on my horse and rode through hell and it worked.
