Juicing vs Blending, Which is Healthier?


Juicing or Blending raw fruits and vegtables are equal for weight loss. Raw food digests easily. You will feel full on two cups of juice, yet you will want to "eat something solid."  It's a habit to eat our emotions, and cooked foods are an addiction, not needed and are not even as healthy as raw live foods, which has what cooked foods is missing, "LIVE ENZYMES."

To get over this crazy mental game of wanting to eat when you are full... I would suggest having a couple bananas,  a basket of cherry tomatoes, a large cucumber or a stalk of celery. Munching on raw foods when fasting, helps stop you from falling off the wagon and even worse going back to your cooked food addictions. :) The banana has a magical way of satisfying your food cravings. 

The weight will fly off while on the raw food diet. I don't know anyone on a raw food diet that counts calories, eat until you feel good. As you get your cravings under control you will eat less fruit and more vegetables, less raw trail mix, and less dried fruits, but at the beginning eat anything you want that is 100 percent raw and let you intuition guide you—until your body is detoxed and balanced.

Washing Produce, even Organic : I soak all my produce in a large bowl of distilled water with 1/4-1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar, depending on size of bowl or size of you sink. This should kill most germs, and contamination.  Let soak for 15-20 min. Then empty dirty water and rinse again in clean distilled water. I also rub all dirt off the produce with a scrub brush or my hands. 

It worked for my husband and I.  In 2009, in Houston Texas we went to hear Victoria Boutenko —author of "Green for Life". She and her brilliant kids... blew us away, their eyes were white and bright, they had a energy I had not felt before in another human, they were high on life, and food was the key!! .."Hey we can do it…" my husband said.  Victoria said, "it is much easier to go 100 percent raw that bounce back and forth, due to cooked food addictions… So, we went 100 percent raw that night! I threw away our pans and we closed off our stove and microwave.


My mind is beautiful when I am 100 percent raw, when I slip it's back to normal, which is less appealing to me…..Don't worry so much about going on a fast of just juicing or blending green smoothies, set you sights on 100 percent raw until you are at your Ideal State and Physical Shape, then you can decide to stay 100 percent raw, or raw till 4, or raw 4 days out of the week…ect…For me my aim is 100 percent raw all the time, but I am not perfect, which is good, "Perfection is a Closed in Box", growing and learning is expansive and always for "Freedom!!" Health and Wealth!….Good Luck! My first stop was to The World Sound Healing Conference in San Francisco. I wanted to understand the science of frequencies, especially if everything in the universe was vibrating to their own unique song!

I waited in the large conference room to hear Dr. Susan Yale's lecture on the Harmonic Oscillator.

The room went black and three pyramids projected on a movie screen.



"You can hear the sound of "nature" between the Pyramids of Giza," Dr. Yale said, pausing, "it's a perfect F Sharp."

No one moved. She spoke slowly, "If you knew there was a place in the world where you could hear God, would you go?"

I always wanted to sleep on the Nile!"
