You get what you focus on, there is no other rule.

"The body of the average man is like a fifty-watt lamp, which cannot accommodate the billion watts of power roused by an excessive practice of Kriya." 1

Paramhansa had written that if you said his Master's name Lahiri Mahasaya out loud you would received from him one blessing, not from him directly, but from the Divinity within all man, but often hidden. One wish hu?...hummm...I wish for universal powers of consciousness to create without fear my master piece in a book, which will lift up all mankind.
Lahiri Mahasaya

Here is my YouTube on my first chapter of "Autobiography of a Yogi".

“For at no time are any events predestined. There should be no such word in your vocabulary, for with every moment you change, and every heartbeat is an action, and every action changes every other action. Once more, it is extremely important that Ruburt keep his mind on his goals, and not burden his conscious mind by trying to figure out circumstances and conditions that are best handled by the infinite intelligence that is within his own subconscious mind. The way and the means will be taken care of. They will indeed appear almost effortlessly – but he must let the burden of worry go.
And then, if you do find yourself dwelling on something unfavorable, practice these 3 steps:
1. Immediately begin to live in the present as much as possible
2. Refuse to worry
3. When your thoughts do touch upon your particular problem in that present moment, imagine the best possible solution to the dilemma. (1)

Peek inside...
I went to The World Sound Healing Conference in San Francisco and heard a lecture on the Quantum Harmonic Oscillator— the sounds coming from everything in the universe. The room went dark and three pyramids projected on a large screen. "You can hear the sound of "nature" between the Pyramids of Giza," Dr. Susan Yale said, pausing, "It's a perfect F Sharp." No one moved. She spoke slowly, "If you knew there was a place in the world where you could hear God would you go?"

On my way home I stopped in a coffee shop and sitting at a large wooden table reading a book was the most beautiful man I had ever seen. I sat down next to him and within 10 minutes I had invited him to Egypt. Clink the link to continue reading my memoir—"From Hollywood to God" on Amazon and Kindle books.
