Lincoln Memorial : 10 Interesting Facts

Image
Abraham Lincoln was the 16th president of the United States and he steered the country through a period of immense change, including the American Civil War and the abolition of slavery. According to many historians, Abraham Lincoln was one of the best American presidents, so what 10 interesting facts about Abraham Lincoln are there? 1. Although Lincoln married Marry Todd in 1842 and subsequently had four children with her, his first love was Ann Rutledge. She sadly died in 1835 and he became deeply depressed as a result. At the time he was diagnosed with “melancholia”, which today would be called clinical depression. This was an affliction he was to suffer from again at many different stages in his life, particularly when he and Mary endured the loss of their children. 2. The Lincoln’s had four sons—Robert, Edward, William and Thomas (also known as Tad), but only Robert survived to adulthood. Edward died of tuberculosis when he was 4 years old and Thomas died from heart failure aged 1…

Sneak-A-Peek Below! My first stop was to The World Sound Healing Conference in San Francisco. I wanted to understand the science of frequencies, especially if everything in the universe was vibrating to their own unique song!

What is the Meaning of Life?

Michael's Quantum City, Day 6 By Kelly Granite Enck

Søren Kierkegaard is generally considered to have been the first existentialist philosopher, though he did not use the term existentialism. He proposed that each individual—not society or religion—is solely responsible for giving meaning to life and living it passionately and sincerely (authentically.)

Seth in Jane Robert's books, stated that the goal of life is— to learn to control your energy. "You get what you focus on there is no other rule." Seth had over a thousand physical lives, being both a male and female in which he learned how to create with ease and humor. Seth evolved from physical to pure energy field, and is a now a "personality" by really no name, he says which name would you call yourself if you had 1000 lives? We are more of an electromagnetic field (EMF) of everything we have ever been, like a cell holding onto its DNA. The so called "mind" is our invisible connection to everyt…

"Michael's Quantum City" Day 5 By Kelly Granite Enck
Uri Geller is known the world over as “the famous spoon-bender”, yet bending spoons is the least "eye-opening" talent he has. Uri can also read minds, drawings in metal boxes, erase spy disks, and he has been used to help global leaders establish world peace. I discovered him yesterday by a coincidence when I was researching psi and the scientific studies behind it. Uri was in the YouTube video being studied by Stanford University. Today, I dug deeper, and was thrilled to find out he was still alive and answered every email and letter he received! I cannot wait for him to get my email and make friends with the man that moved the soccer ball during the Scotland vs. England game Euro96. Uri was hired to sit in a helicopter and watch the game to insure a win, and he waited until he felt like there was moment when he could help and when the ball was sitting still and the opposing team was ready to kick it into the …
