Law of Attraction

What would you do differently if you truly believed you could create physical matter, events, wealth, love, happiness or even pain. Well, I am here to tell you that it's true, we do create every single event in our reality, every thought takes flight without judgement and goes out in the direction you send it and creates. "You get what you focus on, there is no other rule." -Jane Roberts. I have proven this to be true. But, if you do not believe this, you will get proof that you are right by that thought.

It's ironic that if you believe something manifests, it does. But, if you don't believe your thoughts create, then you will get proof that that is true, by the thought that created that event. Qigong, chi kung, or chi gung (simplified Chinese: 气功; traditional Chinese: 氣功; pinyin: qìgōng; Wade–Giles: chi gong; literally: "Life Energy Cultivation") is a practice of aligning body, breath, and mind for health, meditation, and martial arts training. What Causes Depression? : Television

The California State University at Northridge reports that by age 18, the average American has watched the television portrayal of about 40,000 murders. They say that 53.8 percent of all television broadcasts are related to crime, disaster or war. Watching hour after hour of tragedy on the tube could lead to depression or anxiety.

Advertising on TV might also contribute to depression. Viewers may feel dissatisfied with their own lives or possessions when they are bombarded with ads for things they don't have or can't afford.

Here are my 3 Tips to Recover From Depression Without Drugs, By Kelly Granite

1. No TV

2. Exercise one hour a day, no matter what. Diet: Drink a gallon of filtered or distilled water, and add live foods to your diet, (ideally drink a pound of organic greens or 2 oz of wheat grass daily.

3. Depression is serious because you get what you focus on, there is no other rule. "Change Your Thought" which seems almost impossible, when you are depressed.
