Law of Attraction

What would you do differently if you truly believed you could create physical matter, events, wealth, love, happiness or even pain. Well, I am here to tell you that it's true, we do create every single event in our reality, every thought takes flight without judgement and goes out in the direction you send it and creates. "You get what you focus on, there is no other rule." -Jane Roberts. I have proven this to be true. But, if you do not believe this, you will get proof that you are right by that thought.

It's ironic that if you believe something manifests, it does. But, if you don't believe your thoughts create, then you will get proof that that is true, by the thought that created that event. Everything we believe both good and bad, proves that thought right. Meaning the thoughts create that reality. So, if you want a better life, you have to choose better thoughts. It is easier said than done, because of our habitual habits of lazy negative thinking take over.

My goal is to catch negative thoughts, and change them to an event I would like to show up in my life. If I am afraid of something negative happening, then I cannot ignore it, instead I change that feeling, by doing what I can to feel safer. I could say, "I live in a Safe Universe." But, that phrase only works if you believe it, and if you did, you would live in a safe universe.

Swimming Dragon Qigong

Qigong, chi kung, or chi gung (simplified Chinese: 气功; traditional Chinese: 氣功; pinyin: qìgōng; Wade–Giles: chi gong; literally: "Life Energy Cultivation") is a practice of aligning body, breath, and mind for health, meditation, and martial arts training. With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi) or what has been translated as "life energy".[1]

According to Taoist, Buddhist, and Confucian philosophy, respectively, qigong allows access to higher realms of awareness, awakens one's "true nature", and helps develop human potential.[2]

Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and calm meditative state of mind. Qigong is now practiced throughout China and worldwide for recreation, exercise and relaxation, preventive medicine and self-healing, complementary and alternative medicine, meditation and self-cultivation, and training for martial arts.

Over the centuries, a diverse spectrum of qigong forms developed in different segments of Chinese society. Traditionally, qigong training has been esoteric and secretive, with knowledge passed from adept master to student in lineages that maintain their own unique interpretations and methods. Although the practice of qigong was prohibited during the Cultural Revolution of the 1960s; it was once again allowed after 1976; and disparate approaches were merged and popularized, with emphasis shifted away from traditional philosophy, spiritual attainment, and folklore, and increasingly to health benefits, traditional medicine and martial arts applications, and a scientific perspective. Since a 1999 crackdown, practice of qigong in China has been restricted. Over the same period, interest in qigong has spread, with millions of practitioners worldwide.

Research concerning qigong has been conducted for a wide range of medical conditions, including hypertension, pain, and cancer treatment. Most systematic reviews of clinical trials have not been conclusive, and all have been based on poor quality clinical studies, such that no firm conclusions about the health effects of qigong can be drawn at this stage.

What Causes Depression? : Television

The California State University at Northridge reports that by age 18, the average American has watched the television portrayal of about 40,000 murders. They say that 53.8 percent of all television broadcasts are related to crime, disaster or war. Watching hour after hour of tragedy on the tube could lead to depression or anxiety.

Advertising on TV might also contribute to depression. Viewers may feel dissatisfied with their own lives or possessions when they are bombarded with ads for things they don't have or can't afford.

Here are my 3 Tips to Recover From Depression Without Drugs, By Kelly Granite

1. No TV

2. Exercise one hour a day, no matter what. Diet: Drink a gallon of filtered or distilled water, and add live foods to your diet, (ideally drink a pound of organic greens or 2 oz of wheat grass daily.

3. Depression is serious because you get what you focus on, there is no other rule. "Change Your Thought" which seems almost impossible, when you are depressed.

Here's How!

Imagine yourself as three parts

Part 1: The depressed person -- add your name here (         ).

Part 2: The You that created this physical reality for you to experience: the wiser you that runs your body, knows all your cells, organs, and knows all your past lives. This self is involved with the bigger picture of your existence.

 Part 3: "Unlimited YOU" which holds all the parts of you together and your natually JOYFUL, having lived every aspect of all choices simultaneously, through all your lifetimes. This is the true you, "Your Unfathomable Greatness!"

Now, surrender ...the "depressed (name)" to Part 3 your unfathomable greatness, who can handle every emotion simultaneously like a dream, putting what you think is "not enough" in perspective and love you unconditionally because this YOU knows your Greatness needs nothing added to prove anything!

Surrender to this state of being, regardless of how unlovable you feel, or unworthy you feel. LET GO to the whole you-- to love you unconditionally. Feel this emotion, allow it to breathe.

Depression comes from the depth of your emotions, which if the smaller you is running are fearful "impostors".  Pretend that the emotions you feel are bad dreams, and know, no matter how bad you think it is, "it's truly a dream with which you created to experience emotions, and learn how to better direct and control them as "powerful creative energy".

Nothing you did, no matter what it was..... is deserving of self punishment of "depression" and even if you feel you need to be punished. ( smile) with this emotion. Surrender this punishment to the one that loves unconditionally, the Whole of you.

This is the core of depression. You don't like yourself.

This had many players and parts performed in "this lifetime," with which your Larger Self Created to learn how to direct and control your "unlimited powers to create the reality," with all the bells and whistles that you think make up your ideal. But, when "physical" you think you failed to fill the goal and when this happens you "punish yourself with depression" and this slows everything down sometimes to suicide. It's as if this spot in life, "depression" is the key to over coming and Becoming the most powerful person alive. Only a few can survive the depths and rise out and create, it's your sign you are on the greatest spiritual journey you have ever under taken. Don't let go, hold on and ride out of hell (metaphorically) and then like all the great avatars, you will become a "Great Magician" of life, able to manipulate matter, energy and your inner emotions to create reality.

When you feel depressed,  go into the inner body and  see these parts were all played out to learn the most important lesson of all lifetimes, to love unconditionally. And who is the hardest to love? ONESELF.

You are now officially.... "Instantly, and Permanently WELL".

This is what Rudyard Kipling learned after sending his son to war, only to lose him. His poem was, "If any question why we died, tell them, because our fathers lied." Kipling, the most famous author of the age, the carnage at Loos on the Western Front in September 1915 plunged him into inner darkness. His only son, John, for whom he had written his best-loved poem, IF, had been killed in the action just six weeks after his 18th birthday. Kipling, having pulled strings to get his son in the army, was wracked with guilt and "the author carried out hundreds of interviews with his late son's comrades building up a detailed picture of his last moments."

If—

BY RUDYARD KIPLING

If you can keep your head when all about you
    Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,
And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:
If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
    If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
    And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
    Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
    And stoop and build ’em up with worn-out tools:

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
    And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
    And never breathe a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
    To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
    Except the Will which says to them: ‘Hold on!’

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
    Or walk with Kings—nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
    If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
    With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
    And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son!

How To Develop Psychic Powers

Mind Medicine, by Uri Geller (Inside his book)

Day 7, on my book, "Michael's Quantum City"

One of Uri Geller's favorite instant meditations is from the "Jungle Book" which is a coincidence, because after I read his book Mind Medicine I made a Youtube and on the Jungle Book, and saw my step son in star as Mowgli in it last week.

Today, I wrote Uri and he wrote me back within three minutes, and on his home website was the Rudyard Kipling quote, right at the top from the poem he wrote titled, "IF". This is a sign to me that I am finally connected to my tribe. I believe like animals needing a pack, which is programed in their DNA, humans have the same needs. I have been feeling very alone all my life, like I can read energy coming off people and places, and no one else can. It made me feel like an out cast, and now I feel like I am heading home. Find out if you too have PSI, and if you don't you can develop them. Physic Abilities can be developed, it's your own powerful intuition.
If you can fill the unforgiving minute with 60 seconds worth of distance run, your's is the earth and everything thats in it. ~ Rudyard Kipling ( From the Poem by Kipling titled: "IF" read below...)

Dear Uri,
Please send healing energy to my son Mike.
Thank you Kelly

Original Message from Uri Geller within 3 minutes, on July 5, 2015

I will pray for him and send him positive healing thoughts.

Much energy and love Uri

 You were born PSI,  by Uri Geller

You were born PSI
Your sense of danger and your telepathic awareness of your mother were more vital to you in those first weeks than your sight or your hearing.
Somewhere down the years, you gave up on your psychic powers. But you are reading this now - and that is a positive sign that you are ready to explore your innate gifts. Set aside any natural doubts and you can open your mind to the immense, untapped powers of the brain. How to tell if you have PSI ability Have you ever walked into a house and sensed an atmosphere - jolly or morbid, unhealthy or welcoming? If this happens regularly, you have a strong gift for psychometry - the power of tuning into the past through inanimate objects. Maybe you have reached for the phone to call a loved one - just at the moment they decide to ring you or were at a place that you have never been before and it looked to you familiar, probably this amazed you and you called it deja-vu or does your computer crash too often when deadlines loom? Your tension stress could be bombarding its circuit boards
Look at the incredible results from a study at Princeton University in New Jersey by Professor Robert Jahn, published a couple of years ago. He has spent more than a decade carrying out thousands of tests with ordinary people to discover if Mindpower could influence random number generators. The subjects, none of whom had shown any paranormal abilities previously, were invited to stare at a computer that was displaying zeros and ones on screen. The number sequence was not pre-programmed. Jahn told his experimenters to will the number one to appear more often. And it did. The testing conditions were rigorous - after all, Jahn is Dean of the School of Engineering and Applied Science at one of the world's top five academic institutions. If he published data supporting paranormal theories and his methods were open to criticism, his career would be finished. The evidence that Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research (PEAR) discovered was undeniable and the odds against ordinary people directing their thoughts at a computer and forcing it to react were calculated at 1,000 billion to one against.
These studies should convince you that there's nothing frivolous about the power of the mind. And you can begin to explore your own gifts today. How to make the most of your mind I can sum up my approach to Mindpower in two words: Be Positive. That means a positive approach to good ideas from every source and every age in history. Forget about fashion, switch off the cynics. Say "Yes" aloud. Say it right now. Instead of focusing first on what you're saying "Yes" to, just go ahead and affirm it. Your instincts will start hunting round in your mind, looking for the thing you most want to say "Yes" about. Let yourself feel good about it. Your PSI energies now have permission to home in on the areas which intuitively feel right. Positive thinking is a whole toolbox of powerful mind techniques and the most useful tool of all is visualisation. Everyone can visualise - most call it day-dreaming. If you direct your daydreams, encouraging pleasurable images, you are programming your subconscious to expect those good things. And if you're expecting something, you go looking for it.
Negative thinking is a psychic shortcut to disaster. Suppose you're worried about the cash flow in your small business - there are some late payers on the books, perhaps. If you sit and worry, your mind will begin to generate negative imagery. Without meaning to make matters worse, you are programming your mind to expect a bleak future. Positive visualisation can turn this situation around very quickly. You learn to focus on solutions. You imagine great cash flow, you visualise yourself writing that cheque to the taxman and laughing, because you know you can afford it! Very quickly, you feel better. You have more energy and you're ready to start looking for the answers. For this, Professor Herbert Benson, founder of Harvard's Mind/Body Medical Institute, advocates a simple programme of focusing and relaxing to fill the mind with pictures of health and happiness. His first step is to pick a word or phrase: "peace", "Our Father" or "Shalom". Then, seated comfortably with eyes shut and muscles limp, you should breathe deeply while concentrating on your words. If your attention wanders, gently draw your mind back to the point of focus. Easy, isn't it? In his book Timeless Healing, Dr Benson says: "These activities produce relaxed, healthy and positive feelings that actually stimulate brain and nerve pathways to reduce stress-related damage and trigger healing. A good time to do it is before breakfast and before the evening meal. Do it every day." More incredibly, our minds can affect other people's bodies. When we pray for those we love - or even patients we have never met - it's possible that we can actually aid their recovery. Medical researcher William Harris, of St Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, asked Christian volunteers to pray for 466 people in the coronary unit over a year, without telling either the patients or their doctors. Results were positive, with the lucky recipients of prayer faring better than the 524 people who went unprayed for. "If people are willing to accept the outcome of a rigorous drugs trial," says Harris, "they have to accept this.". Medical doctors, are beginning to discover that the power of all positive thinking, positive intentions, the power of prayer, and the power of belief, are enormous healers In some medical tests placebo pills were given to sick people, it beggars belief that placeboes have helped cure sufferers of fevers, angina, rheumatoid arthritis, even warts ! the bigger and more dramatic the person perceives the intervention to be, the bigger the placebo effect. A placebo stress-buster tape worked well when subjects were told it had been used on astronauts. This is why my crystals, orange circles, the palm of my hand, works in some cases, because they act as a tool for your mind to trigger and awaken your belief system, which in effect could heal some ailments. Now don't get me wrong I'm not advising anyone to abandon conventional medicine NO WAY, on the contrary i urge you to have a full medical check up every year, but parallel to medical science. I believe in positive intentions, the power of belief, the power of prayer, and the power of positive thinking. USE THEM !!!
Please place the palm of your hand on mine for a few seconds, think positive visualise something amazing that you want to achieve and send your positive energy back to me and to others in need. Use the palm of my hand as a positive tool for your mind.
Oh and if you are a Palmist please let me know my future:-)
Please comment and share.
Much love to you all Uri, add your name to his website: Urigeller.com to get his inspirational messages.
